ما الذي نجمعه
- التسجيلات الصوتية التي تسجلها أو تستوردها بنفسك داخل التطبيق، والنصوص والمحاضر الناتجة عنها.
- بيانات الحساب: البريد الإلكتروني أو مُعرّف تسجيل الدخول عبر Apple أو Google.
- بيانات الاشتراك: حالة اشتراكك عبر App Store أو Google Play (لا نرى بيانات بطاقتك إطلاقًا). للتحقق من صحة الاشتراك نعالج إيصال App Store على iOS، ورمز الشراء (purchase token) الصادر من Google Play على أندرويد.
كيف نستخدمها
تُستخدم تسجيلاتك حصريًا لتقديم خدمة التطبيق: تحويل الكلام إلى نص وإنشاء المحاضر. تتم المعالجة على خوادمنا وعبر مزوّدي ذكاء اصطناعي (Modal لتشغيل نموذج التفريغ المفتوح المصدر، وAnthropic لإنشاء المحاضر). لا تُستخدم بياناتك لتدريب أي نماذج، ولا نبيعها أو نشاركها مع أي طرف للإعلانات.
التحكم والحذف
- يمكنك حذف أي اجتماع من داخل التطبيق فيُحذف من خوادمنا.
- يمكنك حذف حسابك بالكامل من الإعدادات، فتُحذف جميع بياناتك وملفاتك الصوتية من خوادمنا فورًا ونهائيًا (انظر «حذف الحساب» أدناه).
- موافقتك على المعالجة السحابية قابلة للسحب في أي وقت من الإعدادات.
حذف الحساب
يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق: الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب. يؤدي ذلك إلى حذف حسابك واجتماعاتك وتسجيلاتك الصوتية ونصوصك ومحاضرك من خوادمنا فورًا ونهائيًا. وإن تعذّر عليك الوصول إلى التطبيق، أرسل طلب الحذف من البريد الإلكتروني المسجَّل في حسابك إلى apps.create.2222@gmail.com وسننفّذه.
Delete your account in the app via Settings → Delete Account. This immediately and permanently deletes your account, meetings, recordings, transcripts and minutes from our servers. If you cannot access the app, email apps.create.2222@gmail.com from your account's email address.
مسؤوليتك عند التسجيل
أنت المسؤول عن الالتزام بقوانين التسجيل في بلدك، وعن إعلام الحاضرين بأن الاجتماع يُسجَّل والحصول على موافقتهم حيث يتطلب القانون ذلك.

What we collect
- Audio recordings you make or import yourself in the app, and the transcripts and minutes generated from them.
- Account data: your email address or your Apple/Google sign-in identifier.
- Subscription status via the App Store or Google Play (we never see your card details). To validate subscriptions we process the App Store receipt on iOS and the Google Play purchase token on Android.
How we use it
Your recordings are used exclusively to provide the service: speech-to-text and minutes generation. Processing happens on our servers and via AI providers (Modal running an open-source transcription model, and Anthropic for minutes). Your data is never used to train models, never sold, and never shared for advertising.
Control and deletion
- Deleting a meeting in the app deletes it from our servers.
- Deleting your account in Settings immediately and permanently removes all your data and audio from our servers (see Account deletion below).
- Your cloud-processing consent can be withdrawn at any time in Settings.
Account deletion
You can delete your account at any time in the app via Settings → Delete Account. This immediately and permanently deletes your account, meetings, recordings, transcripts and minutes from our servers. If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request from your account's email address to apps.create.2222@gmail.com and we will carry it out.
Your recording responsibility
You are responsible for complying with the recording laws of your country and for informing participants and obtaining their consent where required.
